Two neighbors, reproduced word for word

We are only going to show you the ones we can point at.

No star count. No review counter. Two people wrote something about Dirt Free Carpet in a place we cannot edit, and both of them are below, exactly as they wrote it.

Why there are only two, and why that is the point.

These are recommendations left on Nextdoor, not star reviews, so there is no rating to display and we have not invented one. A Nextdoor recommendation is a real neighbor, using their own name, writing in their own words, about a job that actually happened on their street. Most cleaning companies put up a wall of five stars and a review count that nobody outside the company can check. We would rather give you two sentences that are entirely verifiable than a hundred that are not.

Read them closely and notice what they have in common without being asked to. Neither person was prompted with a question about chemicals. Both brought it up unprompted, in their own words, because it was the thing that stood out to them about the job. That is a harder thing to fake than a star rating, and it is the same claim Dirt Free Carpet makes about itself on the about page.

They do a great job on my carpet without chemicals and they just cleaned my tile. It's the best I've ever had.
D.J., CypressNextdoor recommendation, verified 2016
They do a good job on carpet. Use a non chemical cleaner.
S.K., HoustonNextdoor recommendation, verified 2021

Both recommendations are published on Nextdoor under Dirt Free Carpet’s own business page, and both are reproduced here exactly as written, spelling included.
