Every job below runs off the same diesel truck-mounted unit and the same patented organic compound Aubrey Thoede built without any detergent in it. That's not a marketing line. It's the actual reason we can put carpet, tile, stone and upholstery on the same page: the method doesn't change, only the surface does.
Three services carry most of the calls we get, so they get their own space below. The rest are grouped by what they're cleaning, not stacked into a menu nine rows deep.

Carpet cleaning
The one the other eight exist alongside. Hot water extraction from a diesel truck at the kerb, the patented cleaner with no soap in it, and a rinse step that takes out whatever the last company left behind.

Pet spot and odor
The smell keeps coming back because the accident soaked past the pile into the backing and the pad. UV detection finds what a nose can't confirm, and enzyme treatment neutralizes it instead of masking it.

Water damage
Houston floods, and this line answers whatever time that happens. Industrial extraction and drying, with mold prevention starting from the moment the truck is parked, not after the carpet is dry.

None of these get a page of their own yet, but every one of them is a real, regular job. Ring the shop and ask, and the truck that's already coming for the carpet can usually handle these in the same visit.
Hard surfaces
- Tile and grout
- High pressure cleaning that takes the grout lines back toward the color they were laid at, not just the tile faces. Sealing available afterwards.
- Natural stone
- Marble, travertine and granite. Polishing, honing, sealing and scratch removal, across the stone types a Houston kitchen or entry is actually built with.
Soft surfaces
- Upholstery
- Sofas, chairs and fabric pieces get spot pre-treatment, deodorizing and fabric protection, run through the same cleaner as the floor so there's the same absence of residue.
- Area and oriental rugs
- Color-safe testing first, then fringe care and hand washing on request. Free pickup and delivery, so a fine rug can be cleaned off site rather than in place.
- Carpet repairs
- Seams, burns, patches and re-stretching. Thirty-seven years of doing this means most damage gets repaired instead of turning into a full replacement.
Whole building
- Air duct cleaning
- Dust, allergens and debris pulled out of the HVAC system. Worth booking alongside the carpet rather than as a separate trip, since the truck is already outside.
- Commercial
- Offices, retail and anywhere that can't close for a workday. After hours scheduling and maintenance contracts for buildings that need this done on a schedule, not a whim.
